Booking & Payment Policy

• Appointments are confirmed by card on file or prepayment.

• If no card is on file, prepayment is required to reserve the appointment.

• Accepted prepayment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay.

• Appointments without payment or authorization may be released without notice.

• Checks are accepted and can be mailed in advance to: Jennifer Ann Simpson~ 3019 Pointewest Drive, Augusta, GA 30909

Cancellation & No-Show

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: prepayment is forfeited.

• No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee.

• Late arrivals may shorten session time; full fee still applies.

• Prepayments may be transferred once with proper notice.

Repeat Issues

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment only or result in declined future booking.

We reserve each appointment time specifically for you. To keep care accessible and scheduling fair for everyone:

• Clients using Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Apple Pay are asked to prepay to secure the time.

• Appointments are not held without completed payment or authorization.

Cancellations

• When cancellations occur within 24 hours, the reserved time cannot be rebooked and the prepayment is forfeited.

• Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service fee.

• Prepaid appointments may be transferred once with appropriate notice.

Ongoing Care

Clients with repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be asked to prepay future visits or may be unable to continue scheduling. These guidelines help us provide consistent, respectful care to all clients.

• All health and personal information is confidential and securely stored.

Health & Safety

• Please inform me of any changes in health or new injuries before your session.

• Discount rate: $80/hr (Veterans, Disabled, Students)

• 30-minute sessions or DME/IONIC Foot Bath: $65
