HOLISTIC PRACTICE
PHILOSOPHY

Jennnifer Ann Simpson is a US Army Disabled Veteran who knows what it is like to deal with chronic and comprehensive pain.  Her pain patterns led her into the field of Body Work when stationed at Fort Carson and graduating from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2003.

Her dedication to her field of expertise led her to be the First Medical Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Kinesiologist in the Federal Government working at Eisenhower Army Hospital in the Integrative Medicine Field and the Interdisciplinary Pain Management Center as well as the Traumatic Brain Injury Clinic working with the Wounded Warrior Battalion; treating and teaching Mind, Body, Spirit & Detox classes.

After resigning in 2016, she gained her hardship permit to work from home and be zoned for business to help care for her terminally ill parents until their untimely passing  in 2018 (Ronald M. Simpson) and in 2019 (Karen Rita Elizabeth Simpson)

In 2022, Ms. Simpson became a Provider in the Veterans Administration Community Care Clinic referral program allowing her to treat Veterans as well as her past and current Civilians.

Ms. Simpson has held many positions in her field.  She was the 2nd VP, Public Chair and Hospitality Coordinator for the American Massage Therapy GA Chapter for many seasons.  She is a sponsor for the Audie Murphy Association, a lifetime member of the DAV, American Legion, VFW as well as the National Museum of the United States Army.

Her Philosophical perspective is to empower to clients to take care of their health with encouragement and self-management to gain a ideal quality of life and to reach a state of homeostasis.

In teaching her clients or students, Ms. Simpson is very tactile which aids in her teaching methods for each perspective learner.  She wants all of her clients and students to feel empowered and confident to use the skills learned for self-management and for future clients.

PHILOSOPHY

GET THE RELIEF YOU NEED TODAY

Release, Relax, Relief

THERAPY

Resolving complex issues by increasing range of motion & decreasing pain patterns. Therapy is perfect for someone who is dealing with daily chronic and comprehensive pain that can be caused by work, disrupted sleep patterns, injury, change in barometric pressure etc.

STRESS RESOLUTION

Reduce levels of anxiety, stress and fatigue to bring a true state of homeostasis. Stress Resolution is perfect for someone dealing with and needs relief from - PTSD, anxiety, psychological conditions, somatic dysfunctions and panic attacks.

STRETCHING

Increase the range of motion within physical limitations to provide better flexibility. Stretching is perfect for someone who is dealing with restricted movement that keeps them from functioning and fulfilling work/home functions on a daily basis.

Stretching can help relieve and reduce the hypertonicity that is causing the muscles to tell the brain they are in pain.

POSTURAL ALIGNMENT

Align the body for proper balance and gait to protect all the joints. We are telling the body it is ok to go back to its original state so that the neuromuscular pain patterns will end. The goal is to strengthen the muscle so that over time the pain patterns will end and your body will accept its original alignment bringing your adrenals back into balance.

SERVICES

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

I met Ms. SImpson when I was transfered into the IPMC pain management center at Eisenhower. It was my first experience with medical neuromuscular massage and kinesiology in my military career as she was the first ever hired. I had my first postural alignment and no other therapist I have ever seen knew about it or how to do it to include hands on, turning my muscle spindles back on. Her knowledge base and ability to share her knowledge was amazing.

I trust her and her skill set of understanding our pain levels, chronic or acute and I recommend her for your health care.
